Natural Selection



This video defines a species and then explains how natural selection occurs, potentially leading to the evolution of a new species. The example of natural selection given is the peppered moth. This video also compares variation due to the genome only, environment only and due to a mixture of both genome and environment. (The topic of speciation is covered in a separate video).
