Description
In this introduction to rates of reaction, you will learn the main methods used to measure the rate of a reaction: change in mass, volume of gas produced, and colour change. You will also learn how to calculate the overall (mean) rate of a reaction from experimental results or graphs. These methods are also relevant to the required practical on this topic (see “Factors affecting rates of reaction” video for further detail).
