Pressure and pressure differences in fluids



Pressure is caused by the random thermal motion of the particles within a liquid or a gas.  In this video, we’ll look at some of the effects and uses of these random motions, such as why lifting a car might not be as difficult as you think, why swimming can do funny things to your ears, and why some objects float while others sink.
